Refund policy

All items are non-refundable/non-returnable

We unfortunately do not accept returns as all of these products are made-to-order. The Monterey Firefighter's Association is in charge of managing this site. The products within are primarily used for on-duty apparel. While there is public apparel present, we unfortunately do not have the ability to accept returns.

Proceeds from public apparel

All proceeds from the sale of public apparel goes toward public outreach programs hosted by the Monterey Firefighter's Association.
